With our Remote Support package, from £35 per user, you receive:

  • 24/7 Security monitoring on all devices
  • Antivirus solution included
  • Access to ticketing platform for employees and management
  • Monthly report of tickets raised and resolved
  • Reduced call-out fees for on-site intervention
  • Unlimited remote support via telephone and email
  • Patching for both Windows and third-party applications i.e. Chrome, Java, Flash etc.
The On-Site Support Package, from £50 per user, provides your business all the benefits of our Remote Support package, plus:
  • Project Management available at reduced fees
  • Unlimited on-site support within 4 hours of call

We won’t automatically sign you up with a 12-month contract either, so you can choose the contract length that works best for your business. Our Managed IT support, starting from £35 per user, comes with a choice of contracts from:

  • 30 day rolling
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
Plus, all this comes with the guarantee that we won’t increase your service fees for the duration of your contract.

Block of Hours

If a package isn’t what you’re looking for, but you still want peace of mind that your IT infrastructure is supported, you also have the option to purchase a block of hours. 

 Your hours can be used for any of our IT Services (Excl. Cloud Solutions):

  • Installation of new hardware
  • Installation of company-wide software
  • Remote support services (troubleshooting and resolution)
  • Server installations
  • Moving locations

Purchasing a block in advance has some advantages:

  • More cost effective than an hourly or daily rate for IT support
  • Can be spread over several days, weeks or months

Once the block has been used it’s possible to:

  • Pay on an hourly basis for the remainder of any works outstanding
  • Purchase a further block of support
  • Renew the block for another month

Starting at blocks of 5 hours, with a choice of contract lengths:

  • 30 day rolling
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
